Long-Term Stays: Workers Flats and Long-Term Rentals - Work Remotely from Spain
The difference is: We are owners and no agency.

Every year hundreds of people come to Ibiza, especially to San Antonio, who look for accommodation which is not the typical short-term holiday rental. They do not want or cannot effort to stay in tourist apartments, hostels or hotels as their requirements are quite different!
  • There are famous djs who want to reside in a villa or chalet for some month.
  • You will see a lot of foreigners who try to find a workers flat for the summer season.
  • And you can find other people who search for an accommodation to stay in Ibiza for a longer period while they look for buying an apartment or a house, spending a few months of the year, whether escaping from the chilly northern European winter or enjoying some hot summer sun, or just starting to settle down.
However, all of them have something in common! All of them need a flat, an apartment, a chalet, a townhouse or a villa on long-term basis.


What else should you know?

In most cases you can secure your long-term accommodation by paying a certain amount by money transfer upfront which later will be deducted from your first month's payment, and so you are safe in the knowledge that you've got your apartment, flat, house or villa sorted.

Upon arrival you usually will then be asked for a standard security deposit which is normally the equivalent of one month's rent, and which will be refundable in full on the expiry date of the contract providing the conditions of the agreement have been kept.

Then of course you will have to countersign it as the legal rental agreement according to Spanish law, i.e. Código Civil [section 1554] or Ley de Arrendamientos Urbanos (L.A.U.) as in most cases it is NO holiday rental.

At all our properties as well as at all properties of our co-operating partners there is a zero tolerance policy on storing or selling drugs within the premises and anyone found doing so will be reported to the police. Furthermore his tenancy agreement will be terminated without notice and with immediate effect.
